occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely
To ensure we are able to put things rights as soon as we can, please read our complaints
procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.
If you’re not completely happy with our service we’d like to hear about it – that way we can do something to put it right. We do everything we can to make sure our Customers get the best products and service possible, however, sometimes we may not get things right the first time. When this happens we want you to tell us what went wrong so we can put matters right. We want to make it easy for you to tell us what went wrong so that we can give your complaint the attention it deserves and resolve your complaint fairly without delay.
As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything
has been carried out to our usual high standards.
In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as
soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible. Either call us on

We aim to respond within 1 day of receiving your complaint and where possible, will provide you
with a date to remedy any issues raised.
Where we are unable to resolve your complaint using our own complaints procedure, as a Which?
Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event
that we cannot remedy your complaint to your satisfaction you may wish to refer your complaint to

We offer a full 5 year guarantee on all of our kitchens. The guarantee covers any manufacturing or installation faults that may occur with any product sold by us (excluding electrical items and taps) and will include installation of the replacement product provided the product was installed by Hallwood Kitchens. Guarantees and warranties are not insurance backed. In addition to our own guarantees we always use top quality components, sinks etc for further peace of mind and they may carry an additional manufacturers guarantee. No guarantee is given for customer misuse for example steam/heat/water/bleach/chemical/wear and tear etc. In the unlikely event of a replacement product being discontinued we will endeavor to find a suitable replacement/upgrade. Should a suitable replacement not be found a full refund will be issued on that product.
Wood is a beautiful natural product and the different grains and textures in the wood often means there are a variety of tonal differences in the doors and drawer fronts.
Exposure to daylight will change the appearance of the natural wood fascias. Each type of timber reacts differently and at a different rate, becoming darker, richer and with more contrast.
Exposure to direct sunlight will bleach wooden furniture. Bleaching of colours can affect your furniture within two months and will be different on each of the door and drawer front component depending upon its position relative to the window
We insist on heating being on and walls dry on all new builds and recently plastered properties. Moisture of any description including when cooking and condensation should be kept to a bare minimum at all times by use of a dehumidifier or by opening windows to allow moisture to escape
